About Suzanne's Chocolate

Small batch. Big heart.
From Beaverton, Oregon.
We’re an artisan chocolate company with a deep obsession for doing things the slow, delicious way. Nestled in Beaverton, Oregon—where the rain makes everything lush and the coffee runs strong—we craft our small batch confections by hand, with care, curiosity, and a touch of Pacific Northwest magic.

Our chocolate starts with ethically sourced cacao and ends in something crave-worthy: smooth, bold, and sometimes a little wild. We believe in real ingredients, transparent sourcing, and treating every step of the process like a love letter to your taste buds. Craving something smooth and soulful or dark and daring? You’re in the right place.

It started with a love of flavor, and a deep-rooted sense of place.
Suzanne Popick, Oregon native and founder of Suzanne’s Chocolate, grew up in a family where good food was a way of life. Her passion for flavor led her to the Culinary Institute of America and eventually to the kitchens of Michelin-starred Cyrus, where she served as Head Pastry Chef.

But it was the pull of home—the misty forests, the farmers' markets, the abundance of bold, local ingredients—that brought her back to Oregon.

From a small kitchen in Beaverton, Suzanne began crafting chocolates that capture the essence of the Pacific Northwest. Think rich single-origin cacao, roasted hazelnuts from the valley, wild berries, and fresh herbs—all woven together with a pastry chef’s precision and a fearless sense of creativity.
