Our Story


At Suzanne’s Chocolate, we craft more than just chocolate—we create an experience that celebrates the rich flavors and artistry of the Pacific Northwest. Founded by Oregon native Suzanne Popick, our chocolates are inspired by the stunning landscapes and local ingredients of her home state.

Suzanne’s passion for fine food began early, surrounded by her family’s love of quality ingredients. After studying at the Culinary Institute of America and working as Head Pastry Chef at the Michelin-starred Cyrus restaurant, Suzanne’s journey brought her back to Oregon, where she began creating artisanal chocolates that reflect the best of the region.
